What is the ‘Palace account’ and why do I need it?+
Your new ‘Palace account’ allows you to access the online shop, ticket website and Palace TV or app, all with the same login details.

- Access tickets, events and Memberships on the ticket website
- Watch the latest videos from Palace TV, including highlights of every match
Plus, let us know about what you want to hear about from the club by updating your preferences and opting-in to communications within your new Palace account profile.
How do I create my new account?+
You can create an account by entering your personal details, email and password of your choice.
You will then be sent an email with a secure link to click and activate your account. Click on this link, then login with email and password, complete your preferences and your new Palace Account is ready to go!
OR you can create an account using your Facebook, LinkedIn or Google+ login details.
When using your social account, click on the Facebook, LinkedIn or Google+ button in the registration page and follow the instructions. This will then create your new account by using your existing social details. It’s as easy as that!
I’ve registered but I haven’t received a confirmation email?+
It may take a few seconds or minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox. If you do not receive your email, please follow the next steps:
- Check your junk, spam or promotion folders.
- Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe senders list and retry sending the email from the ‘click here to resend email’ link in the ‘Confirm Email’ page.
- Ensure you didn’t use a customer service email address that could be shared, eg info@, reception@ or sales@ as these will not be accepted for your Palace account.
If you need the confirmation email to be resent, login with your chosen email and password to return to the ‘Confirm Email’ page, where you can click the resend link.
If none of the steps above work, please contact email@example.com.
The link in my confirmation email doesn’t work?+
Some email clients or systems may deliver the email but ‘disable’ the ability to click on any links in the content. If you have received the email but cannot click on the link, try:
- Adding firstname.lastname@example.org to your ‘safe sender’ list
- Right click on the link, and select from options to ‘open hyperlink’ or ‘copy hyperlink’ and paste in to a browser address bar and go.
How do I link my old accounts?+
Once you have created your new Palace account, you will see a link on your profile page called ‘linked accounts’. Click on this and you will be taken through to the linked accounts page.
First, you will be asked to fill in a few more pieces of information, please make sure these correspond to the details on the account you wish to link. If you are unsure what your details were, please contact email@example.com.
Now, click on ‘ticketing’ and enter your current client reference number and email address.
Do my previous loyalty points and purchase history carry over?+
Yes, you will still be able to access your points and purchase history in the same way as before.
How do I link my accounts to friends and family?+
This can be done in the same way as previously, on your ticketing account page. If you are having trouble, call the box office who will be able to arrange it.
I’m unsure of how this affects me+
A new Palace account is the only way to access the club shop, ticketing website or Palace TV. If you have an existing client reference you wish to use but have yet to create an account, you will be able to create a new account and then link your account to it.
The benefit of this is that you will now have one login for all aspects of Palace, whereas previously you may have had different logins for different departments of the club, such as ticketing, the club shop and Palace TV or app.
Will I still need my old login details?+
Before disregarding your old login details, you will need to make sure you have linked your old accounts to your new single account.
Once you have linked your accounts however, you will no longer need your old login details.
